Jesus expresses a deep desire for the place of worship to be a "house of prayer."(Matt. 21:13) expresses a deep desire for the place of worship to be a "house of prayer.”(Matt. 21:13). Prayer cultivates a deep love for God which Jesus highlights as the supreme goal of the Christian life..."Love the Lord your God." (Matt. 22:37). Together we learn how to pray and develop an enjoyable time with God in prayer and worship.

Great alone...better together!

We can see that discipleship, equipping, and prayer are fundamental pursuits and stand alone on their own merits. However, there is a synergy that becomes evident when there is a strategy of all three working together in the life of a believer. A pursuit of discipleship leads to a life of full obedience; a journey of equipping leads to a life of fulfilling mission; a pursuit of prayer leads to a life of deep love for God and others.

All 3 work together:

In Ephesians 4, Paul instructs how Jesus gives leaders to the church to "equip God's people for works of service. (v.12)” He continues to explain how this is the way of unity and maturity in the church. (Eph. 4) Great focus and effort will be given to equipping the people to fulfill the calling God has placed on their lives.

Every believer living out their God-given call through prayer, discipleship and equipping

Jesus made it clear for his followers to "Go, and make disciples."(Matt. 28:19) Through the discipleship process, we become transformed from the inside-out. Discipleship is the process where we become more and more like Jesus as we grow in our Christian journey. We believe discipleship is a life-long process.
